Several years ago, THE BUILD SHOW founder, Matt Risinger, coined the phrase “monopoly framing.” He noticed that houses with continuous insulation on top of the sheathing resembled Monopoly houses. Several weeks ago, he visited a project that we are building and created an Instagram post highlighting the fact that we are building one of these types of houses. The post went viral because Instagram shared it with over 400,000 people who were not familiar with the concept.
The comments were fun, and we enjoyed engaging with them.
