GAS VS. INDUCTION- Which Cooktop Can Boil Water the Fastest?

We borrowed the Sub Zero- Wolf – Cove showroom to answer the age-old question- which cooktop can boil water the fastest.  We timed how long it would take to boil 2 cups of water (enough for most rice) on a gas, electric, and induction cooktop. We knew before we started which one would win; however, the results of the last-place finish were a bit shocking!
